Below you’ll find answers to common questions, booking policies, and
how to prepare for boudoir session to ensure you’re ready for an unforgettable photo shoot.
Booking Policies: Retainers, Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Retainer
To officially snag your date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
Balance: Your retainer goes directly toward your total. The remaining balance is due the day of your shoot.
Payments: I accept Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Cards. Retainers must be paid the same day you book to hold your spot.
Sales: For special social media sales, check the post for specific payment requirements (some may require full payment upfront).
Lock it In: Once a package is booked, it cannot be switched.
Boudoir Gift Certificates: If you have purchased a gift certificate, it must be used within a 2 year period. No exceptions.
Session Time: Each package listing includes a time estimate so you can plan your day accordingly!
If You’re Running Late
I want you to get every minute of your session! However, we often have appointments lined up back-to-back.
Communication is Key: If you’re running late, please call me at (702) 401-3303.
The 45-Minute Rule: If you are more than 45 minutes late, your session will be cancelled unless we’ve spoken and I’m 100% sure I can still fit you in.
Arrival Time: Please show up exactly at your appointment time—not early! This ensures the client before you has their full privacy while finishing up.
Cancellations & No-Shows
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, your retainer is forfeited.
Last Minute: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your shoot will incur a $75 fee.
Rescheduling
I totally get it—life happens! I aim to be as flexible as possible while keeping the studio running smoothly.
The "Two-Free" Rule: You can reschedule your session up to two times for free.
Third Time: A $50 rescheduling fee applies to your third request.
The Limit: A fourth reschedule may result in the cancellation of your session and loss of your retainer.
The Timeline: You have 3 months from your original date to get your rescheduled session on the books. After 3 months, the retainer is forfeited.
When Will I Get My Photos?
Because I hand-edit every single image myself to ensure you look flawless, turnaround times vary. Once you’ve selected your final images, the average wait is 1 to 4 weeks.
Peak Season: From March through October (Bridal Season), we are very busy. I prioritize shoots with the closest deadlines first.
Large Orders: If you’ve ordered a high volume of images, please allow a little extra time for the magic to happen.
Need them ASAP? We offer an Expedite Fee of $100 to have your digital images retouched and delivered within 48 hours.
Physical Albums: If you are ordering a book, please allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for professional production and shipping.
Saving Your Memories
When your gallery is ready, please download and back up your images when you get a chance. I delete the active download links once you've received them to make room for new sessions. While I try to keep backups on my private drives for a few years, I cannot guarantee forever—so please save your digital files in a safe place!

Getting Here: Finding the Studio
My private boudoir studio is located at 18373 Enterprise Lane, Huntington Beach, CA. Since we are tucked away, here is the easiest way to find us:
The Route: Turn onto Mt. Joy from Gothard Street. Follow it until it ends and turns left onto Enterprise Lane.
The Building: Look for the tan, one-story buildings on the left side of the street.
Arrival Tip: You cannot see the address number from the street. Please turn into the parking lot to find the entrance.
Parking: We have dedicated parking available right in front of the studio for your convenience.
Props: Personalizing Your Shoot
What We Provide:
Studio essentials: A cozy bed, various sofas, professional chairs, and background papers.
Timeless accessories: Strings of pearls, veils, and even a surfboard for those SoCal vibes.
Bring Your Own Flair:
I love when clients bring props that reflect their personality or their partner’s interests!
Popular Ideas: Sports gear, military uniforms, hats, or meaningful accessories.
Vehicles: While we don’t provide them, you are more than welcome to bring your car or motorcycle for your shoot—many of my clients do!
On Location: Interested in shooting somewhere other than the studio? Let’s chat about outdoor or lifestyle locations.
For Your Hair
Dry & Clean: Please arrive with dry hair that has been washed within the last 24 hours. Hair that is too oily won't hold style well, but wet hair will eat into your shooting time!
The "No Flat Iron" Rule: If you want curls or volume, do not flat iron your hair before you arrive. It seals the hair cuticle and makes curls fall flat. A simple blow-dry to smooth out frizz is perfect.
Roots & Color: Please have your roots touched up if needed. Note: Root regrowth is not something I retouch in post-production.
Extensions: We love them! If you’re bringing clip-ins, they must be 100% human hair. Synthetic hair cannot be heat-styled. My stylists will happily install them for you.
All Textures Welcome: I work with three incredible, licensed stylists trained in all hair types. If you have specific needs, let me know so I can pair you with the perfect pro!
For Your Face
Bare & Fresh: Arrive with a clean, bare face. You can apply your favorite moisturizer beforehand if you’d like.
Pro Kit Provided: We provide a full face of camera-ready makeup and false lashes. We use a curated mix of professional-grade and department store brands to ensure you look flawless under the studio lights.
Personal Preference: You don’t need to bring a thing, but if you have a "holy grail" product you can't live without, feel free to bring it along.
Inspo Photos: I love seeing your vision! Feel free to show us photos of how you normally do your makeup or looks you’ve seen and loved. This helps us customize the glam to your style.
If you choose to come with makeup already done, please be sure it’s bold enough for the camera—what looks great in person may not show up well in photos.
Outfit Logistics
The Count: We’ll shoot the number of outfits included in your package. Want more? Additional outfits are $50 each (this covers the extra shooting time). Please check with me ahead of time to ensure we have the extra time available!
Fit Matters: Strappy outfits are super sexy, but make sure they fit comfortably. We want to avoid excessive skin pinching or overhanging.
Prep Your Pieces: Please steam or iron your clothes before you arrive. Also, remember to remove all tags and stickers from clothing and shoes! Unless you plan on returning them and need to leave them on. If the tags are huge it is hard to edit.
The Shoe Situation
Pack at least two pairs. A classic black heel is a must-have, but if heels aren’t your thing, don’t worry about it.
Heel Style: Stilettos usually look the sexiest on camera compared to chunky heels.
Condition: Check the soles! Scuffs are fine, but try to avoid shoes with heavily worn bottoms.
Stockings & Undergarments
Stocking Tip: If you’re using a garter belt, try to find stockings without the silicone/rubber grip at the top. Garter clips can’t always grab through the silicone. If you aren't using garters, stay-up elastic tops work perfectly.
Booby Tape: If an outfit needs a little "lift," Target has great tapes and inserts. Not required, but helpful for certain styles!
Arrival Tips
Avoid "Line" Marks: Wear loose-fitting, cozy clothes to the studio. Tight leggings or bras can leave marks on your skin that take a while to fade before we start shooting.
Couples, Tanning & Grooming
For the Couples: Bringing Your "Hunny"
Couples sessions are all about the chemistry! We keep things sexy, tasteful, and fun—think "implied and teasing," never pornographic.
His Wardrobe: Please ensure your partner brings a few options, like clean briefs/boxers, jeans, or dress pants if you’re going for a more formal vibe.
His Grooming: Men should arrive with their hair already styled and ready to go.
Inspiration Boards for solo and couples
I want to see what you love! Whether it’s hair, makeup, or specific poses, please save 10–15 photos on your phone or create a Pinterest board. This helps me gauge your style and the exact direction we should take for your shoot.
Grooming & Nails
Smooth Skin: Please shave or wax any desired areas before your session.
Fresh Color: If you need a root touch-up, please do so beforehand, as I do not edit or change hair color in post-production.
Nails: Neutral tones always look classic, but feel free to choose a color that reflects your style. Just make sure they are freshly done!
The Golden Glow (Tanning)
We love a sun-kissed look, but let’s keep it natural so you don’t look orange on camera!
Timing: If you’re getting a spray tan or "fake baking," do it 3–5 days before your shoot. This gives the color time to settle.
Tan Lines: I can’t edit out very strong or harsh tan lines, so keep them medium to low if possible.
Bronzer: If you bring your own body bronzer, please ensure it is a "non-transfer" formula so it stays on you and not the studio furniture!
No Experience? No Problem!
Your Personal Posing Coach
Never modeled a day in your life? Perfect. Most of the women I photograph have never done a shoot like this before. It is completely normal to feel a little nervous or outside your comfort zone, but I promise we’re going to have a blast.
I will guide you through every single movement, from the tilt of your chin to the tips of your toes. My goal is to find the most flattering angles for your unique body type so you don't have to guess if you’re "doing it right."
A Little Heads-Up: The "Boudoir Workout"
To get those stunning, elongated lines, I’m going to ask you to arch your back—a lot!
Pro-Tip: Please do some light stretching before you arrive.
The Afterglow: Don’t be surprised if you’re a little sore the next day—it just means we hit all the right angles!
Bringing a Guest
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible! Because our studio space is intimate, you are welcome to bring one guest with you (friend, partner, or family member).
Heads Up: Please let me know in advance if you plan on bringing someone along.
The Vibe: To keep the focus on you and ensure I can move around freely, we ask that your guest gives us a little space and avoids "hovering" while we are actively shooting.
Liquid Courage
Nerves are totally normal! If you need a little "liquid courage" to help you relax and get into the zone, you are more than welcome to bring your favorite drink with you to the studio.
The Fine Print: While I want you to have the time of your life, please be responsible. Pussycat Pinups and Beth Cocuzzi are not responsible for drinking and driving. Your safety is always the priority!
The Soundtrack to Your Shoot
We always have music playing in the studio to keep the energy high (usually a mix from Pandora or Spotify). However, this is your moment—if you have a specific playlist that makes you feel like a total boss, let me know! I’m more than happy to play it while we shoot.
The Magic Touch: Professional Retouching
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes! Professional retouching is included in every package. My goal is to make you look like the best, most polished version of yourself while keeping the results realistic.
Flawless Finish: I specialize in making skin look incredible. This includes softening or removing cellulite, stretch marks, scars, and blemishes.
The "Nip & Tuck": I do light body contouring to enhance your silhouette, focusing on natural and flattering results.
Lighting & Color: I hand-adjust every image for perfect lighting. If you love the timeless look of Black & White, just let me know—I’m happy to provide both color and B&W versions upon request.
The Fine Print on Timelines
Because I am a one-woman show handling everything from the shutter click to the final edit, I work on a tight production schedule.
Keep the Momentum: To ensure everyone gets their photos back in a timely manner, I cannot have "pending" edits sitting on my desk for long periods.
Communication: If you have specific questions about what can or cannot be edited, just ask! I’m happy to explain the process so we’re on the same page.
We love it when you share your transformation! When posting your images to Instagram or Facebook, we kindly ask that you only tag us on the fully edited versions of your photos.
Your Privacy Matters
I know how intimate these sessions are. We never post client images on our social media or website without your explicit permission. If you’d like to keep your session 100% private, we respect that completely. If you do give us the green light to share, we’d be honored to show off how stunning you look!
Have questions? Just reach out—we’re here to help!
